When you deploy a quiz built with Scorecard Stud, you become the data controller for any personal information collected from your quiz respondents. You are responsible for:
Scorecard Stud acts as a data processor on your behalf for the purpose of facilitating quiz delivery and lead capture. We do not sell lead data collected through your quizzes to third parties.
All content, features, and functionality of the Scorecard Stud platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Scorecard Stud and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any original content you create using the Service, including your quiz questions and result copy. By using the Service, you grant Scorecard Stud a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of your account and loss of access to your quiz data. We recommend exporting your lead data regularly.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Scorecard Stud does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Service, including any specific number of leads, conversion rates, or advertising outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scorecard Stud and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
